What to Expect

As always, compassionate heart-centered attentiveness with an intention to hold space and a supporting environment where you may begin a self-healing journey from within your body, heart, mind and spirit addressing the many subtle energy layers within the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual elements.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

  • You will not be asked to wear a mask; however, you may do so if it is your personal preference. Please refrain from hugs or handshakes, respect any social distancing guidelines that may be in effect.  If you forget your face covering and desire one, you may request a disposable mask upon your arrival.  
  • * If you appear ill, your temperature may be taken with a contactless thermometer.  
  • Should you need to use the restroom, please do so, sanitizing your hands afterwards.  CDC approved alcohol based and alcohol-free/fragrance-free hand sanitizer is available for your use.
  • Your informed consent Intake and Disclaimer form will be reviewed, or updated, and any questions that you may have will be addressed. 
  • The Practitioner will help you to get into your most comfortable position while lying on the resting table.  While a sturdy stool is available for your use, the Practitioner may also aid you in getting onto the table if requested.

* If you come down with any symptoms of illness prior to your appointment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. I would rather you be healthy and take care of your needs versus trying not to miss an appointment.

ADDITIONAL MEASURES

  • In addition to the above measures, an ultra-quiet air purifier that is powerful enough to filter out virus molecules as small as .1 micron (avg. size of a corona virus molecule) is used.  
  • Depending on current guidelines, the practitioner may or may not be wearing a facial covering upon your arrival.  The session space is sanitized between all session appointments without using harsh chemicals.  In addition, for further disinfection measures, a UV light sanitizer targeting bacteria and virus may also be used in the session space between appointments.

LIMITED CAPACITY

In order to comply with any social distancing guidelines that may be in effect, we can only accommodate a maximum of two people in a sound bath / sound meditation on site; otherwise, if no social distancing guidelines are in effect, we can comfortably accommodate up to four clients on site.  Freshly cleaned mats, pillows, and linens may be provided or you may need to bring your own.  However, please bring your own eye mask if you wish to use one. Various site locations practiced will dictate capacity requirements.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENT

All appointments must be booked online, or over the phone, and a credit card given to schedule and confirm your appointment.  Credit cards will be charged at the time you schedule your appointment.  At this time, we will not be accepting cash transactions.  In lieu of cash, Venmo is accepted @RaysOfLifeSoundTherapy.

CLEANING PROTOCOL

Cleaning and sanitization of surfaces where applicable includes the use of a UV light sanitizer and CDC approved hydrogen peroxide-based cleaners.  Linens are washed in hot water after every usage.  

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY:  

It is understood that sometimes unavoidable circumstances arise, and appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled.  

  • Cancellation and / or rescheduling for one-to-one and couples sessions can be made up to 24 hours prior to your appointment without any cancellation fee.  If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $50.00. The full cost of the session will be charged for a not calling or not showing up for the scheduled session.
  • For non-refundable services, you will be expected to pay the full appointment / event / session fee.  Due to required upfront commitments, no refunds are given for group sessions to include Sound Bath Immersion group meditations or Sound Journey Workshops. If you are not able to attend the scheduled paid session, you will be given the opportunity to gift your paid session to another person; however, this will need to be approved no later than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session and the request will need to be in writing. Please email your request and call if you will need to gift your paid session.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may email, call during regular business hours, or submit the request through the online booking service used to schedule the appointment.
